PA GROUP has always considered your privacy to be of fundamental importance and endeavors to always ensure that the processing of your personal data is carried out in respect of fundamental rights and freedoms, as well as the dignity of the person concerned, with particular reference to confidentiality, personal identity data and the right to protection of personal data.

Joint controllership agreement
The companies included in PA GROUP share the purposes, methods and objectives of the processing of personal data; the individual companies belonging to the Group have defined and signed a joint controllership agreement pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 26 of the GDPR 2016/679, determining the specification and subdivision of obligations and responsibilities regarding data processing, as outlined by the same GDPR 2016/679.
In compliance with PA GROUP internal organizational system and for the purposes strictly necessary, the joint controllers may share the processing of all personal and administrative data, all data referring to work relationships (candidates, employees and/or self-employed and/or collaborators), and all data related to customers and/or suppliers. The same data may also be processed by the Parent Company itself (Partners Associates SpA) to provide specific and customized professional services, in response to business requests made individually by a Group Company, or to set up common databases.

What information we collect
PA GROUP may collect the following categories of personal data from you:
- Contact details– information relating your id, your name, place and date of birth, social security number, address, telephone number, mobile phone number, e-mail address, company, location.
- Interests– information that you provide to us about your interests, including the products or services you are interested in.
- Other personal data– information about your education or professional situation.
- Use of the website– information relating to the ways in which you use the website, open or forward our communications, including information collected through cookies.

Through your registration on the form, your data may be processed to follow up on your requests for information on products and services as well as, subject to your express consent, also for marketing and advertising purposes and / or merely informative purposes, aimed at informing you about promotional initiatives of sales, carried out using automated methods of contact (e-mail) and traditional methods of contact (e.g. operator-assisted telephone calls) or for market research and statistical surveys.

through your registration to the event, your personal and contact details can be processed for the purposes strictly connected to your participation in courses and / or to seminars organised by PA GROUP. By express consent, your data may also be used for “marketing” purposes through e-mail, mail and / or telephone, newsletters, commercial communications and / or advertising material on products or services offered by the PA GROUP, questionnaires aimed at detecting the degree of satisfaction with the quality of the services, possibly also aimed at “profiling” with automated processing designed to analyse the behaviour, habits and preferences you expressed in commercial relations with PA Group.
Automatically collected information
PA GROUP uses a technology commonly called “cookie” to make its website easier and more intuitive. Cookies are small text files sent by the website to the user’s terminal (usually to his/her browser), where they are stored before being re-transmitted to the website upon his/her next visit. Cookies, by showing us how our users navigate on the site, as well as their preferences, provide us with information through which we can make the browsing experience easier and more efficient. Security of Personal Data
The security of your personal data is very important for PA GROUP. For this reason, we believe it is essential that our procedures are compliant, and constantly updated and adapted to the provisions of EU Regulation 2016/679 and the data protection legislation in force, to guarantee a constant protection and the absolute correctness in all operations regarding the processing of your personal data.
Use and data conservation
The data provided to PA GROUP are processed only for specific, explicit and legitimate reasons. PA GROUP will process your personal data, mainly with manual and electronic tools, will make them accessible to its employees and collaborators specifically in charge of processing; your data may be disclosed to those entities who, after being duly appointed as data processors, perform commercial services for us (eg data entry, companies that provide IT services, including hosting services). We retain your personal data only for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected or for any other legitimate related purpose.
We inform you that, with regards to the processed data, you are entitled to exercise, at any time, the rights established by the EU Regulation 2016/679 and, in particular, among others, the right to obtain confirmation from PA GROUP as the Data Controller, as to whether or not personal data concerning you are being processed, the right of access to your data, and to obtain their rectification and erasure, the right to your data portability and the right to transmit them to another controller, the right to obtain the restrictions of their processing, the right to object to their processing and also the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authorities.
It is however understood that PA Group, should it be necessary, will have the right to move the location of the servers to non-EU countries.
In this case, PA GROUP ensures that the transfer of data to non-EU countries will be in compliance with the applicable legal provisions, stipulating, if necessary, agreements that guarantee an adequate level of protection and / or adopting the standard contractual clauses provided for by the European Commission.
